DigitalOcean Holdings' Q3 Non-GAAP Earnings Decline, Revenue Increases; 2026 Outlook Raised

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.32. Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $321.2 million, compared with $229.6 million a year earlier. Analysts expected $306.7 million. The company expects Q4 non-GAAP earnings of $0.30 to $0.32 on revenue of $348 million to $351 million. Analysts expect $0.27 in non-GAAP EPS on revenue of $333.4 million. For 2026, DigitalOcean raised its outlook to 1.60 to $1.62 in non-GAAP EPS on revenue of $1.208 billion to $1.211 billion. The company previously projected $1.35 to $1.40 in non-GAAP EPS and $1.17 billion to $1.18 billion in revenue. Analysts expect $1.46 in non-GAAP EPS on revenue of $1.18 billion.
