HIVE Secures USD 129 Million Financing for USD 165 Million Nvidia GPU Cluster Purchase

- BUZZ Alpha Cloud secured approximately USD 129 million in three-year financing at 9% fixed interest, covering approximately 80% of project costs.
- The cluster will support Cohere's three-year, fixed-term contract worth USD 225 million, including compute, connectivity and storage revenue.
- GPU delivery is expected toward the end of the fourth quarter of 2026.
