- Saintil is expected to join immediately as an independent director, subject to approvals; she is lead independent director at Rocket Lab.
- Saintil also serves on the boards of Symbotic, TD SYNNEX; held senior roles at Change Healthcare, Intuit, Yahoo!, PayPal.
- Aberle is expected to join upon completion of the Churchill Capital Corp XI deal; he was Qualcomm president from 2014-2018.
- Gentin is expected to join at closing; he most recently served as General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Commerce.
